Job Description

You can choose to work in our office in Cebu City or permanently from home (WFH) anywhere in the Philippines.


Ehrlich IT Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and talented Paid Advertising Assistant with a talent for online marketing and data processing to join our team. As a Paid Advertising Assistant, you will drive great marketing results for our clients through Google Ads, and work with client Google Ads PPC campaigns and websites optimizing for best results. You will receive comprehensive training in SEO and PPC which means that previous experience is a big plus, but not strictly required.


  • Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads PPC campaigns to meet client goals and expectations.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns across all digital channels, over time, to understand their effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop creative and strategic ad copy.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize return on investment.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports, providing key insights, trends, and comprehensive ad hoc analyses.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in paid search.
  • Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance campaign efficiency and maintain our clients’ satisfaction.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 1+ years of experience in online marketing, with a strong skills in data processing
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and paid advertising strategies
  • Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 



You will receive comprehensive training, but experience with the following is still a big plus

  • Knowledge of SEO practices and tools (optional, but a plus)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition (optional, but a plus)
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)(optional, but a plus)
  • Excellent analytical abilities to extract insight from data and use it to make informed decisions (optional, but a plus)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. (optional, but a plus)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. (optional, but a plus)
  • Google Ads certification (optional, but a plus)


  • You will receive a comprehensive training on the job and will have the following learning opportunities
  • Google analytics basic and advanced certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, and Google Ads Video Certification a plus if candidate has achieve these certifications.
  • Senior PPC Specialist supervises the role and trains new team members individually while coordinating training with other team members to learn all aspects of the role. 
  • SEO training 
  • Learn and utilize behind the scenes marketing software to maximize performance for Google ads
  • Collaboration with other digital marketing professionals so able to have peers to bounce ideas off of and learn from
  • General marketing training 
  • Becomes proficient in the coordination of internal team projects and audits
  • Becomes proficient with Google Ads Account Setup and integration into 3rd party softwares to track key performance indicators for clients.
  • Learn how to effectively choose high quality keywords.
  • Ability to utilize calendar and spreadsheets effectively
