RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure clear communication, effective teamwork, and efficient project delivery.
• Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and escalating concerns as necessary.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project status, milestones, and any potential roadblocks or delays.
• Support the professional growth and development of team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Continuously monitor and assess industry trends, tools, and best practices in project management and Agile methodologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
